Brightpoint Food Drive at the Tri-City Chili Peppers Baseball Game
Event Information:
During a Tri-City Chili Peppers baseball game on July 13, the Chili-Peppers will be teaming up with Brightpoint for a food drive aimed at supporting our Brightpoint Food Pantry.
The game will be at Shepherd Stadium in Colonial Heights, VA, on July 13 at 7:00 p.m. Gates open at 5:45 p.m. The theme for the game is "Beach n' Baseball Night."
At the game, the Chili Peppers will collect non-perishable food items for Brightpoint, such as canned goods, pasta, rice, and other essential items that can make a significant difference in the lives of those facing food insecurity. If you bring a donation to the game, you will receive a free raffle ticket and be entered to win a prize at the game. Additionally, by using the QR code on the flier (see below) to purchase your tickets, Brightpoint will receive $4 for every ticket sold, which will go directly to our Student Emergency Fund. By attending the game and bringing a non-perishable donation, the Brightpoint Food Pantry will be better able to support our students and their families.

The college will be closed July 4 – 7 for the Independence Day holiday weekend. There will be no classes, and all college offices will be closed.
While the college is closed, current students may continue registering for classes by logging into their myBrightpoint account and using Navigate or SIS. New students interested in attending Brightpoint may get started by completing their application for admission, which is available online.
