Database Spotlight: GALE Interactive – Human Anatomy

Studying anatomy remotely can be tough. The Library has access to a database to make it a little easier. GALE Interactive: Human Anatomy is an interactive database with 3D models of the human body. You can search by Body System (cardiovascular, skeletal, etc.) or select a Region of the body and analyze each system in it. Even if you choose a Region to study, you can study the region layer by layer, as shown in these examples. Tyler Tips: Accessing MS Office on a Chromebook

Did you know you can access the Microsoft Office suite on your Chromebook? All current JTCC students have free access to Office 365 by using your MyTyler username and password. This access gives you the ability to log into an online version of Microsoft Office programs on many different devices including Chromebooks, while connected to the Internet. Ever need a book for class only to come into the library and find it's already checked out? Learn how to request books using the online catalog. Knowing these simple steps can save you time and hassle later. You can access the library catalog by searching the white box on the Library Website.
